If Torrento isn't right for you, you have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund. Your product should be in resalable condition (light use to try it out is fine; damage from misuse is not covered).

1-Year Warranty

We warrant the motor and battery against manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of delivery. If your Torrento fails due to a manufacturing defect within that period, we'll make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@torrentowash.com within 30 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging, and we'll work with you to make it right.

How to Start a Return

Email support@torrentowash.com with your order number. We'll confirm within 24-48 hours and send you instructions.

What's Not Covered

Damage from evident misuse, exposure to salt water or chemicals not recommended in the product manual, or products purchased through an unauthorized reseller.
